The British Prime Minister Gordon Brown has made a brief statement that he will stand down as Labour leader,and urged his party to start a process of electing his replacement.That means if the Conservative-Liberal Democrats power discussions on a possibility of sharing deal bear no fruits,and the Liberal Democrats then agrees with Labour to form a a coalition government,the next PM might not be Gordon Brown,or David Cameron,for that matter.
