My final request to Shumake was advising he publishes the provisionary Memorandum of Understanding between his company M/S Shumoja a.k.a Shumake Rails (he has so far failed to concisely clarify on this) and the Government of Tanzania. While he is yet to respond, I will continue with my investigation, and will definitely keep you posted. As for now, I leave to you wananchi to pass a verdict whether this guy a genuine investor or not? (Ombi langu la mwisho kwa Shumake ni kumshauri aweke wazi kataba wa awali kati ya kampuni yake ya M/S Shumoja au Shumake Rails (kwa ujumla ameshindwa kufafanua kuhusu hili) na serikali ya Tanzania.
